About Janet Dean
Janet is a nationally recognized trainer, consultant and Master Facilitator specializing in learning transfer. In her award winning presentations and events, participants can be assured that they will gain something new that can be immediately applied back in their workplace and/or life.

Janet is educated in business, adult learning and organizational psychology with over 20 years practical experience applying and facilitating others application of the principles and theories she teaches. Janet stays up to date through membership in organizations such as the The Mentor Group, the International Leadership Association, World Training Network and more. Janet is currently working on her second book.
Janet has relocated to Yellowknife from Vancouver BC where she founded the second largest training company in BC.
